Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Can Rapidly Discharge Your Debt

Chapter 7 bankruptcy releases debtors from various forms of unsecured debt through the liquidation (sale) of certain assets. Significant assets, such as a car or home, are often considered exempt under the United States Bankruptcy Code.
